TO LOCATE A PRODUCT

1. Click on one of the main department icons. A new list will appear showing the related product categories in that group.

2. Select a category from the list. A list of all the products in that category will be shown in the main window of the screen.

3. Browse through the list of products and click on the product code to see more information about a particular product.

4. Alternatively, you can search for a specific product by name, by using the Search field at the top right of the screen.

ORDERING A PRODUCT

1. From the list of products, find the ones you want to order.

2. Click on the Buy button to add the product to your basket. You will be shown your shopping basket where you can change the quantity or delete an item from the basket.

3. To change the quantity, enter the quantity you require in the quantity box and click on the Recalculate button.

4. Click Shop for More to continue shopping or click Order Now to place your order.

CHECKING YOUR BASKET

1. Click on the View Cart button top right of the screen at any time to display your shopping cart.

2. Check the amount and the item on the form. If everything is correct, you can either Shop for More or Order Now.

3. To change the quantity of an ordered item, simply change the number shown in the Quantity box (Qty).

4. To delete an item from your list, click the X button to the right of the item.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

When you click on the Order Now button, you will follow these simple steps:

Step 1
If you are an existing customer, simply enter your login name and password and click on the Enter button.
If you are a new customer, enter your details and click on the Next button. You will be informed of your login name and asked to provide a password. Click on the Enter button to move on to Step 2.

Step 2
Check the Delivery Address information and select Delivery and Payment Methods from the available options, then click on the Next button.

Step 3
Check your invoice to ensure that it is correct and then press the Place Order button. You will now see your order number on the screen. Please write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
